Click **Export for WWB** in the header 2. Click **Download .txt** next to the band(s) you need 3. Each opens in a new tab and brings up the print dialog (print or save as PDF). Available to **everyone**, including View Only. | Report | Shows | Use it for | |---|---|---| | **Print Report** | In-use frequencies only — labels, who/when, notes, conflicts | Paperwork handoff, coordination summary | | **Print Roster** | Every frequency per band with status: **In Use / Available / Nearby** | Printing and posting at the audio position | The roster shows per-band counts (`X in use · Y available · Z nearby · N max`), a **BAND FULL** flag, a legend, and shaded Available rows so open frequencies are easy to spot. > Blank tab or nothing happens? Allow pop-ups for the site and click again. > On phone-width screens these buttons are hidden — use a tablet or computer. --- ## Interference Warnings The app flags any two frequencies within **300 kHz** of each other. | Indicator | Meaning | |---|---| | "Nearby" badge on card | This frequency is close to an assigned frequency | | Warning in Assign modal | You're about to assign a frequency near another | | Red border on card | Two *assigned* frequencies are in conflict | **What to do:** When possible, choose a frequency with more spacing. Conflict cards are highlighted but not blocked — you can accept the risk and monitor audio quality. --- ## Change Log - Scroll to the bottom of the main screen → click **Show** - Shows last 60 entries — who did what, to which frequency, and when - Editors only --- ## Managing Users (Editors Only) Click **Manage Users** in the header. | Task | How | |---|---| | Promote to editor | Click **Make Editor** next to a `@prestigeav.com` user | | Demote to view only | Click **Make View Only** | | Remove a user | Click **Remove** → confirm | | Create a guest login | Enter email + password → **Create Guest Login** | Guest accounts are permanently locked to View Only. --- ## Event Day Cheat Sheet **Setup:** 1.
